Who are Required to Submit Declarations?

Those who submit declarations of interest are divided in two:

This obligation is not established for officials of security authorities and officials of structural units of other government agencies if the membership of the structural unit is a state secret. The heads of security authorities or other government agencies in the case of which the membership of their structural units is a state secret may require submission of the information required to be submitted in a declaration as an internal audit measure of the agency.
